Top 10 Most Annoying In-Game Pokemon
#6 - Audino
Coming in at number six is Audino, the infamous Shaking Grass Pokemon. Audino is the first and only fifth generation Pokemon to make this top ten. It is really the only Pokemon from that generation that was even considered, and for good reason too.
If you've played Pokemon Black, White, Black 2, or White 2, you've probably come across a handful of Audino; odds are you have probably come across even more than that. Audino isn't a good Pokemon, and its Mega Evolution is really only used in Double or Triple Battles. Audino has horrible stats, a horrible design, and has a mediocre movepool. The only thing that is positive about it is it gives your Pokemon Hit Point Effort Values... That's it! And even that doesn't make it relevant.
But its horrible stats, design, and movepool isn't the reason as to why it is so annoying, rather how often it appears in the wild. The fifth generation brought the new idea of shaking grasses, where you can find different Pokemon in the wild. Unfortunately, the idea was overwhelmed by Audino. Whenever you went in the shaking grass, odds are you found one of these things. Sure, the first one you caught was necessary for your Pokedex, but all of the ones after that, and by all I mean A LOT, weren't needed. But that didn't stop them from appearing. Even when you didn't see or hear the grass shaking, you sometimes stumbled upon it. And odds are you found one of these things.
Audino is much like Zubat and Tentacool, but where Shaking Spots are concerned - WAY too common, WAY too much wasted time. If you can, try to avoid shaking spots at all cost in those games (Black, White, Black 2, White 2)... Trust me... This Pokemon is just so annoying.#5 - Abra
Coming in at number five on our countdown is Abra. Abra is the fourth first generation Pokemon to make our list. Some people might be wondering why Abra is on this list, but some might already know why. It doesn't appear much, it doesn't have great typing advantage, and it doesn't use status conditioning moves. Then why is Abra ranked fifth on the top annoying in game Pokemon? Well... It has to do with a move it uses, and that move is Teleport.
Abra was first released in Pokemon Red and Blue, like all first generation Pokemon. It was easily one of the most sought after Pokemon, mainly because you could (after trading) obtain Alakazam (the best Psychic Type Pokemon in the first generation). Unfortunately, Abra was very difficult to catch. First off, it wasn't the easiest Pokemon to find; it wasn't very common on Route 24 and 25. To make things worst, Abra would use Teleport as its first move in battle. If you didn't have a Pokemon that was quicker than it and had a status condition move, you would only have one chance to catch it. Usually, you wouldn't catch it in one try, forcing you to find ANOTHER one. After wasting even more time, you would still only have one chance to catch it. Hopefully you did, because if you didn't, you'd have to do it all over again.
Another thing that annoyed people was the Abra needed to be evolved and then TRADED to evolve into an Alakazam. Trading now-a-days is SUPER easy, being done over Wi-Fi. But if you ever had to trade using those trading cables, you know just how frustrating that was.
I'm sure some people wouldn't have thought that Abra would have been on this list, but, because of its fleeing battle tactics, it definitely deserves to be here.

You forgot to mention that Zubat (and Golbat) has Supersonic. Also, Pokemon with Explosion (Geodude, Graveller, Voltorb, Electrode) are probably good for Honorable Mentions if not additions to your list.
You included Feebas but not Magikarp? Come on, Magikarp should be top five at least, tentacool is in it, but I got more frustrated when I hooked up a Magikarp than a Tentacool. At least Tentacool give exp.
abra isn't annoying. Why even bother getting an abra? You can just get a kadabra in the sinnoh games. abra should be replaced with gravler because in the sinnoh games, it almost appears on every route with level 20 pokemon or higher.
I think beldum is worse than feebas.
Why not use a repel??? Saves a WHOLE lot of time.
why not gravler for the sinnoh games. Or beldum for being dumb with that Take-Down move and being even harder to catch than Giritina. Everytime you use False Swipe on beldum, it kills itself.
I guess u cud have added rattata but eh
where is magikarp in the list ?
i soooooo badly think zubat should be number #1 , only because it appears at the most ANNOYING times -w-
the most annoying pokemon is caterpie shows up too much and isn't cute
Wait Spinda Has Been Having Different Spots?
Teleport Is Not Annoying Do.
I don't see how magikarp is more annoying then abra. Both are useless until you evolve them. Difference is to get an abra you have to go through hell, you can literally buy a magikarp from a sketchy guy in a pokecenter. Magikarp was one of the VERY FEW Pokemon Team Rocket was able to secure.
anyone heard about the pokemon shroomish?
anyone heard about the pokemon shroomish
Repel. Repel would make so many of these pokemon just be not annoying at all.
I personally didn't find Audio annoying in gen 5,because they gave you mountains of exp. The Pokemon I hated? Scraggy. My mortal enemy. He would use swagger, which rose your attack, and CONFUSED you. Persim berries are rare in unova if you didn't know.. While confused he uses sand attack so when you snap out of confusion, you just miss him.
Wingul + pelipor
I personally think Ralts and magikarp should be on there because Ralts is annoying to train and magikarp is annoying because it does nothing until level 15
Rattata was annoying
Most of these aggravations are remedied with repel
wf
Abra is my fave and the only toys I own from pokemon
Zobat is awesome and so is magicarp
Why isn't Magickarp on here? It deserves to be No. 1
I think that magikarp should be on he list be wise of how useless it is until it evolves into gyarados
