If you want Charizard in any Generation 3 Game then please read this answer carefully.

Charizard is the 3rd evolution of Charmander.
And so it is evolution of Charmelon.

So if you want Charizard in Pokemon Fire Red or in Pokemon Green Leaf then, start any of the 2 game then try to go outside form your home(in Game 😂) and then try to go out from the pallet town(in Game😂) and then professor Oak will try to stop you and he will take you to his lab(in Game 😂) then you will get a chance to choose a Pokemon in the Game if you will choose Charmander and use it in battle you will get experience and if your Pokemon collect more experience they will level up. Then level up it in Game then it will evolve into Charmelon at level 16 and then level up it more to 36 level it will evolve once again finally into Charizard.

But if you want Charizard in Pokemon Games like Pokemon Ruby, or Pokemon Sapphire or Pokemon Emerald. Then you will have to trade your Pokemon form the game Fire Red or Pokemon Leaf Green.
