Where can you find all of the Rare Candies in Pokemon Soul Silver?
I need them so that I can lvl up my lvl 30 Gyrados so I can beat the Pokemon League again, and possibly Red

There are a number of Rare Candies found in the game:
Rare Candies In Johto: Route 34, Violet City, Ecruteak City (Dowsing Machine), Olivine City (Dowsing Machine), Radio Tower (Buena's Password), Mt. Mortar, Mt. Mortar (Dowsing Machine), Tin Tower, Whirl Islands (2 - Dowsing Machine), Mt. Silver (Dowsing Machine), Lighthouse.
Rare Candies In Kanto: Victory Road, Route 27, Vermillion City (PokeFan Club), Route 28 (Dowsing Machine), Cinnabar Island (Dowsing Machine), Cerulean Cave (Dowsing Machine), Indigo Plateau (Dowsing Machine).
Shops: Battle Frontier & Pokeathlon Dome.
