How do get a gible or gabite?

Gible / Gabite cannot be found in Pokemon White 2. The only ways to obtain them is by Trade, an Action Replay Code, and PokeTransfer.

Yeah gible/gabite cannot be found, however in Pokemon Black 2, once you defeat Benga in Area 10 of the black tower, in Black City, you can go to Alder's house in Floccesy Town with five or less party Pokemon, and you will get a shiny level one gible. That is only for black 2. The same happens in white 2 except you get a shiny dratini.

have to deafeat elite four and champion first. Second beat alder and then benga comes in and says she beat black tower.third beat benga in black tower and go to alders house with 5 or less Pokemon and talk to benga and she will give you gibe/black 2 or dratini/white 2

Mewtwo lvl 100 and beat elite four and champ with it talk to alder and he gives you 1 for white 2 and white 1 only

It depends which game you are using. For Black 2, you must complete Black City's challenge and defeat Benga. If you do, go to Alder's house in Floccesy City and he will give you a Shiny Gible. For White 2, you must send the Black City Key via Key System to your White 2 game.
