As a dark magic character, go into London. Go to the right and into Luchino's Caffe. Go all the way into the back kitchen. In the front left, there will be an air tank. Use dark magic on it. Her token appears. She has a goblin key! Hoped this helped!

To get Narcissa Malfoy(WHO IS NOT A DARK WIZARD),
First go to Knockturn Alley and go into Borgin and Burke's. In the back of the room, use Aquamenti to fill the fish tank with water. A fish will appearinside the tank. Hit it with magic a few times, and at one point it will turn GIANT, and Narcissa Malfoy's token will appear in front of you.

Technically, you can get a dark character near the beginning of Year 7 when Hermione gets her bag. To get Bellatrix (Azkaban) go by Hagrid's hut. Use Hermione on the pink platform so Hermione will access her bag and get a flying pumpkin. In the air to the left towards the Quiddich Field are some studs. Follow them to the token.

This is not done in any particular level. When you can freely roam Hogwarts (after returning towards the beginning of year 7), head to the area with Hargrid's Hut.

I had grindelwald for a while, and I don't yet have bellatrix or tom riddle. He can do dark magic as well
